Joan Pruett

Joan's Story
Prior to moving to Eureka permanently in 2007, I had visited my parents here many times. They were avid hunters and fishermen. As I traveled the back roads with them, I became as familiar with the area as most natives are. Though several of my sisters grew up here, I stayed in the Atlanta area to finish my education and raise my family, and then to pursue dual careers as a small business owner and Realtor.
In 2007, I followed my dream of moving near my sisters and turning the Eureka family home into The 1908 Pruett House Bed and Breakfast. I was able to build it into a successful business, but my greatest success and joy was in meeting the nearly 750 different parties who stayed with me and making lasting friendships with the many return guests. Still, I missed being a Realtor so I closed the Bed and Breakfast. There is nothing I enjoy more than working with clients to find their ideal property. Whether you decide to list your property with me or ask me to help you find one, you can be sure that I will do my very best to ensure you get great results.
